I am no expert Joomla user but I totally undestand how it works and how to develop a website using Joomla. I have not developed much website yet as I am currently focused on my current company's initiative to promote nationalisation in this region. I have also developed a website which our company is using internally to communicate with other employees in different branches in the Middle East.
As a Joomla user, I have learned on how to customize not only existing themes/ templates but the modules themseleves to meet the requirements of my clients. Though not too in depth yet I must say.
But if given a chance, i can make you a site in a very low cost so as to help me enhance my knowledge and experience with joomla too.
